Ancestor of all lancers of town, and the most respected and oldest of the ulans/lancers. Polish lancers are the synthesizers of NovoUlanivka's atmosphere of absolute chaos, so its important to water them like plants when needed. Lancers are very important to NovoUlanivka's nature, because otherwise NovoUlanivka wouldn't be NovoUlanivka without lancer's synthesis of havoc.
