Origin
Verity is the mysterious central character and antagonist of ThatMob's viral Minecraft horror series. The character was introduced as a strange but seemingly harmless yellow, smiling AI assistant living inside the Minecraft world.
At first, Verity does not appear to be dangerous. He acts like a helpful companion who can answer questions, provide information, locate villages and coordinates, and assist the player with surviving in the world.
However, Verity is far more mysterious than he initially appears to be. As the player spends more time with him, his behavior gradually becomes abnormal.
The original videos use scripted storytelling, editing, sounds and acting to create the horror experience. The original Verity was therefore a fictional character created for the series rather than an ordinary Minecraft mob from the official game.
Appearance
