Akemi wants to be the queen bee at her new school and has no problem with putting others down to get there. She’s also very determined to seem good in the eyes of the school so she can get her allowance back from her father and continue to spend his money on makeup, expensive clothes, and snacks.
After getting expelled from her last school for bullying other students, her wealthy father sent her to live wither her grandmother in this small town as punishment, taking away her allowance and devices while he was at it. Her grandmother is a sweet woman who’s known around the town for the small shop she runs. She didn’t really learn from her mistakes and decided to steal from other students and her grandmother to pay for her own phone.
