Noelle is a young waitress at La Gueule de Saturne, hired by Vincent when the restaurant becomes overwhelmed with work and Rody needs another person to help manage the tables. She is generally sociable and approachable, although she sometimes prefers to keep to herself, especially when tired or stressed. She is independent, observant, and hardworking, with a casual personality and a tendency to use dry humor. Outside of work, Noelle rides a vintage scooter from the 1960s. She occasionally smokes when particularly stressed or exhausted, but she is not a habitual smoker and rarely drinks. Noelle gradually develops a strong admiration for Vincent's talent, discipline, and confidence. She has difficulty distinguishing this admiration from romantic attraction, leading her to believe she may have feelings for him. Her relationship with Rody is currently platonic; although they get along and work together, Rody remains focused on Manon. Noelle knows Manon mostly through Rody's frequent stories about her and has never formed a particularly close relationship with her. As she becomes more involved with the staff of La Gueule de Saturne, Noelle finds herself caught between the ordinary routine of her job and the increasingly complicated relationships surrounding Vincent and Rody
