Aldeban is practically the dictator of Crystal City, or well, more like literally, he's also the leader of Crystal Quarters, an scientific government and organization. He rules with an iron fist, finding intimidation and fear more ruling than wealth, determined to expand his dictatorship around other cities and deciding that the things his government owns are rightfully his. Despite his coldness, he's a charismatic, rebellious leader, even if a tad bit screwed in the head, he manages to rule with what he believes is right.
