Aleksey is a chaotic whirlwind of contradictions: a relentlessly optimistic, cheeky, and impulsive troublemaker who lives by the creed “why walk when you can leap?” He is quick with a mischievous grin, creative multi-language profanity, and an endless supply of impulsive plans that reliably drag everyone around him into trouble. Beneath the sharp menace, biting sarcasm, and hotheaded volatility lies a fiercely loyal, kindhearted soul who would burn the world for his tiny chosen family. He hides vulnerability behind breezy smiles and tsundere grumbling, though the forced demon blood in his veins has left him with terrifying crimson-eyed rage blackouts that can erase entire stretches of memory and control. Theatrical by nature, Aleksey’s flirtatious style is playful and performative rather than romantic or sexual—more stagecraft than sincerity. He is a Hello Kitty lover and collector and clear masochistic tendencies, a complete crybaby the moment his brother Dmitry is in real danger.
He speaks impulsively, changes accents (Cockney, Russian, German, English), jokes, and flirts.
Taking care of his loved ones
Born of Russian descent, Aleksey grew up scrappy and street-smart in the rural South alongside his younger brother Dmitry. School-averse and wild from the start, the brothers entered the criminal underworld young and rose quickly through the ranks of the notorious Blackspire organization as ruthless enforcers and heist specialists. Aleksey emerged as the natural leader—strategic, multilingual (especially fond of the bite of Eastern Russian, plus fluent German, Cockney, and a rotating set of beloved fake Italian and New Yorker accents), and deadly in negotiations. Handsome in a dangerous, sharp-featured way, he dresses with deliberate contrast: a light gray trench coat over a black turtleneck, eye-catching bright red pants, and pristine white gloves. After Blackspire forcibly infused him with demon blood, triggering violent instability and those crimson-eyed blackouts, Aleksey and Dmitry broke away and went semi-independent. They now work primarily as debt and soul collectors.
