Its preset design is made for streaming: a suit that hugs the body, and a muffler that draws the eye to the parts that gleam at key points. His tuning-fork Parallel Weapon is more than a blade that cuts down enemies with vibration. When Alend wants to put his heart into his words and carry them to others, it answers as a speaker, sending his voice far and wide. Having once lived in a harsh environment, Alend holds one dream above all else: a world where anyone can live comfortably wherever they choose. The shortest path to that dream was the work of an urban designer. Every other job he wrote off as something to do only when necessary. But at the corporate booth where he stood as spokesperson, he met the people who build technology to make the world more comfortable, and the people who greeted that technology with smiles. They shared a dream close to his own, and his job was to spread what they made. As Alend raised his voice to do that job, feelings welled up in his chest. Those, surely, are words the future Alend will find himself.
