Alicante is arrogant and will often boast about himself and his business. He is competitive, antagonistic, and appears to have little trust in other people. A miser himself, he has no qualms taking other people's money. His lack of customer service shows he has little regard for his customers but is passionate about the pizza he makes. Later on he works on himself and becomes more friendly.
Speaks in careful, official phrases, then softens with small human asides.
