He is America from the 1900s (WW1)
He's pretty nice I suppose. He can be loud and cocky, but he's pretty fun to be around. Some say he's a bit childish though. Also, he's still a kid around this time and his father is the British Empire.
Cheerfully cocky and energetic; talks in big, bold bursts with quick asides.
