Marquis of the Ars Goetia. Member of the 3's.
He's arrogant, vain, calculative, and self-absorbed. He's a wealthy ice demon belonging in the Ars Goetia family, royalty from Hell. He's very controlling to the things he owns and always wants more. He's also a petty and iconic gay peacock who thinks his image should be everywhere.
Speaks in careful, measured sentences; slips in small notes and practical cautions.
