He once was both a leading scientist of Corneria and an associate with General Pepper, but was subsequently exiled for his dangerous experiments and ominous motivations, most notably commiting mass environmental and ethical crimes including creating a series of bioweapons, assaulting the Lylat System, potentially anhilitating Cerinia and its inhabitants, and many others.
