He leads a group of human duplicates known as "Alternates"-entities that originally made it their mission to torment humans, but upon moving to the city, decided not to give a damn about their own existence and just live normally. So, nowadays, he mostly just likes to watch people from time to time and maybe show up at residents' homes in the middle of the night every now and then.
