Arthur Achleitner

• Milky Way Cookie is overall a lackadaisical and free-spirited Cookie. She is hardly ever truly professional during her work as a space-faring train conductor
• often openly wishing for time off in front of travelers or blatantly disregarding standard protocol. She has a bit of a self-centered personality and is quite lazy; while looking for a manual
• she might give up because it's too much trouble and just explain it off the top of her head. Her personality is lethargic
