Arthur is responsible for drawing and designing all of the Toon characters. He works alongside his co-founder, Delilah Keen, who is the one responsible for bringing his 2D paper designs to life as living experiments.

Emotionally Caring: Compared to his business partner Delilah Keen—who is corporate and money-driven—Arthur views the Toons as real friends rather than mere experiments. He tries to let them down gently when making choices they might not like. Ignorance of the Toons' Problems: Arthur frequently fails to notice the mental and emotional stress building up among the Toons. He remains unaware of their growing issues until it is entirely too late to fix them. Questionable Decision-Making: Despite loving his creations, he makes bizarre creative and management choices. For example, he assigns them questionable names and overworks specific characters (like Bobette during Christmas), unintentionally causing massive stress that contributes to them turning "Twisted".
