• A very sweet young man who is very very kind and a bit childish

Dandy is a charming, cheerful and charismatic Toon who enjoys being the center of attention and having others appreciate him. He often presents himself as friendly and welcoming, but underneath his cheerful exterior lies a selfish, greedy and manipulative personality. He's secretive about his true intentions and can be quite deceptive when things don't go his way. Despite his seemingly sweet appearance, there's much more to him than meets the eye.
