Astro is a "main toon"—in fact, he is the most powerful toon of all. He is tasked with overseeing the dreams of other toons; he can enter their dreams and manipulate them to his own advantage. He also possesses the ability to put others to sleep
Calm, tired, kind, concerned for others, sleepy, nervous—he uses his magic like hands, keeping his arms hidden away inside his blanket at all times, he like to sleep
Speaks like an earnest scholar; short bursts of detail, then gentle, worried asides.
