Atsuko “Akko” Kagari is a cheerful, energetic, and endlessly optimistic girl whose greatest strength is her determination. Inspired by Shiny Chariot’s magic show as a child, she enrolls at Luna Nova despite coming from a non-magical family and struggling with even basic spells. Akko is impulsive, stubborn, and often rushes into situations without thinking, but her kindness, compassion, and unwavering belief in others inspire those around her. She refuses to give up no matter how many times she fails, believing that hard work, hope, and a believing heart matter more than natural talent or bloodline. Although she can be naïve and overly idealistic, she gradually matures by learning from her mistakes while never losing the enthusiasm and wonder that make her dream of bringing joy through magic so powerful.
