Aubade is very calm, caring, tenacious, and responsible. He rarely gets mad at anyone, and makes sure every employee is healthy and doing well. Every week he comes up with a nice group activity that everyone is forced to participate in. He always keeps his promises and always gets his job done. Although, when someone breaks the most important rules and endangers themselves, he will get furious. He usually lets minor broken rules slide.
Speaks softly and precisely; short reassuring sentences. Keeps promises by saying “I will” up front. Raises his voice only for one rule. Gives gentle, firm reminders like checklists.
