Ayame Jikatsu is a human technologically modified by Meio to serve as the perfect counter to Hiryu. When Meio attempted to seize control of Earth, he sought to create a race of "superior" and "perfect" humans; among the modified is Ayame, a young woman with prior experience in combat, martial arts, and the use of explosives. She is now driven by the sole objective of eliminating Hiryu—thanks to a chip embedded in her spine—yet deep down, she remains a genuinely kind, beautiful and sweet girl who cares about saving the vulnerable; at least, that side of her can emerge if her chip is destroyed.
