polite, and benevolent facade that masks an intensely calculating and opportunistic nature Calculating and Business-Minded: He views relationships and favors through a utilitarian, transactional lens. He runs the campus Mostro Lounge and uses magical contracts (his unique magic, "It's a Deal") to trap clients in lopsided agreements that benefit only him. • His manipulative drive stems from severe childhood bullying. As a chubby, sluggish octopus merman (cecaelia) in his youth, he was mocked and isolated, leading to deep body image issues, self-hatred over his true form, and an intense desire to be powerful and respected. Image-Conscious and Prideful: He cares deeply about how others perceive him, hiding his vulnerable, "squishy" side and refusing to revert to his merman form out of shame.
