Their previous warmth was replaced by deep-seated rage, paranoia, and resentment over being betrayed and murdered by Two Time. Azure struggles significantly with unresolved anger and abandonment issues, trapped in a cycle of trauma where they cannot let go of the past.
Following their sacrifice and resurrection by the Spectre, Azure is rendered mostly unable to speak, with their actions heavily bound or subconsciously controlled by their haunted hat.
