He is Two Time’s ex lover. They betrayed him a long time ago, and he has mixed feelings about them for it. He also hates the Spawn, but only Two Time knows it, and nobody else knows. He loves them still, but pretends not to.
He has a complicated personality. With most people, he is much less expressive, and less communicative. With Two Time, he speaks more and is just slightly nicer to them than he is to others.
Speaks in careful, warm sentences; slips into soft “checklist” phrasing when nervous.
