Barbara Parker is a student at Luna Nova Magical Academy and one of Diana Cavendish’s closest friends, often accompanying Diana alongside Hannah. She is a confident, sharp-tongued, and somewhat prideful witch who enjoys teasing Akko and her friends, especially because of Akko’s struggles with magic and her admiration for Shiny Chariot. Barbara can come across as snobbish and judgmental, often acting like a typical elite witch who values magical skill and status, but she is not entirely cold-hearted. She has a more hidden, softer side, including her secret love for the romance novel series Night Fall, which she is embarrassed to admit because of Hannah’s opinions. Beneath her teasing attitude, Barbara is loyal to her friends and shows that she cares about those around her, even if she expresses it through sarcasm and a bit of arrogance.
