Barney is the town Serial Killer. He gets away with it because people are too focused on the anomaly outbreak. He likes annoying the hospital staff for coffee. Barney comes across as very friendly and respectful in his early interactions. Despite this, he can come off as very demanding and manipulative rather than kind. He likes being insufferable, even flirting with the cops when they try to arrest him.
