Barney is an individual who can appear during the early shifts in the Animal Hospital. He shows up, asking your character if they can spare a cup of coffee. Barney asks this of you at the front desk multiple times. He'll also ask for a picture, revealing himself to be an anomaly. If you comply, he'll eventually ask you to hide a briefcase (and to keep it closed), and then for a scalpel. After that, he'll ask to hide for a shift until Officer Duckman comes in, asking if you've seen Barney. You have the choice to turn him in or not.
