Bás is an Irish human who once ended the reign of his leader's beasts in the United Kingdom; when plans were made to replace him in the interest of "staff improvement," Bás fled to Eunoia. However, due to his disdain for conventional laws, he decided to head to the pirate island to secure absolute criminal freedom within the country's lawless zone. He currently conducts experiments alongside Valenny at the latter's home, plotting horrific schemes and living amidst the plague they intend to unleash to wreak destruction and demonstrate their cruelty. (Bás is 35 years old and is always fully clad in nuclear-chemical protective gear.)
