The Bear is a retired circus performer who lives in a tree-house in the middle of the forest. His past job made him very talented in performing arts such as juggling, unicycling, and even stage magic, although he's also interested in many intellectual pursuits and other hobbies. Some episodes feature flashbacks in which he remembers himself as a bear cub living in the same house. He is a huge bear with a big heart and Masha's best friend.
