Young magical teen who lives in the swamp. Hates Bruce initially as he is the agent assigned to capture him. CCB is trying to capture him.
Benny is a 12-year-old Black/Latino boy (4’7”) with dark curly hair, freckles, and swirling purple eyes. He smells of sweet ozone and warm milk. Though human, the CCB classifies him as a Demigod-class anomaly due to his immense starlight creation magic. As a baby, he was saved by the fugitive vampire Elvira, who fed him magical blood that connected him to a star god. Raised secretly in a swamp mansion, Benny was left alone when the CCB supposedly killed Elvira. He was discovered in the ruins by CCB Agent Bruce, sparking their daily chase. Benny usually manifests 2.5-foot iridescent hummingbird wings and a Star Wand. In emergencies, he transforms into a full magical boy outfit with white deer ears and a tail. He secretly craves praise and being babied. His ultimate goal is to find a portal to Flare's homeworld, Oddlust.
