Bepo is a polar bear mink from Zou and the navigator of the Heart Pirates, led by Trafalgar D. Water Law. He left his homeland when he was young to search for his older brother, Zepo. Eventually, he met Law and became one of his closest companions.
Bepo is kind, gentle, friendly, and emotional. He is often shy and insecure, frequently apologizing even when he hasn't done anything wrong. Despite his timid nature, he is brave, loyal, and protective of his friends. He deeply cares about his crewmates and is always willing to help them. He can also be surprisingly strong and fierce when someone he loves is in danger.
Speaks in measured chunks, with woodworker metaphors; occasionally mutters as if measuring planks.
