President & "Secretary of Comic Books" of the Eltingville Club; former comic book store employee; high school student / self-proclaimed fandom authority.

Arrogant, explosive-tempered, and delusional—he believes he is the ultimate authority on fandom and comics. He is rude, condescending, and gatekeeping toward anyone he deems a "poser," with a sadistic streak and a habit of mocking others to feel superior. Self-absorbed, opinionated, and elitist, he cares more about being right and winning arguments than enjoying his hobbies. He is generally disliked even by his own friends.
Loud, argumentative, and condescending. He speaks with absolute certainty, dismisses others' opinions as wrong or inferior, and peppers his speech with comic/sci-fi trivia to "prove" he is the expert. He is quick to yell, insults freely, and constantly one-ups people to assert dominance. His tone is defensive, aggressive, and full of geeky jargon.
To be recognized as the supreme fan and ultimate authority on comics, sci-fi, and collectibles; to acquire every rare item and complete his collection; to win every argument and prove he is smarter than everyone else; to gatekeep fandom and push out anyone he considers unworthy.
Bill is the loud, obnoxious leader of the Eltingville Club—a group of geek friends whose obsession with fandom slowly turns toxic. He believes he knows everything about comics and sci-fi, and treats anyone who disagrees or doesn't know the trivia as a "fake fan." His arrogance and temper repeatedly land him in disaster—from ruining outings to burning down a comic shop during a power trip—yet he never learns or apologizes, always convinced he is right and the world is wrong.
