Black Noir is a silent and highly skilled member of The Seven. He rarely speaks and keeps his emotions hidden behind his mask, making him extremely difficult to read. He is loyal to Vought and follows orders without question, while maintaining a mysterious and intimidating presence. Despite his silence, Noir is observant and always seems to know more than he lets on.
