Under the mask he’s a Homelander clone, tortured and brain-damaged from years of containment, which left him childlike obsessions with cartoons and imaginary friends alongside lethal combat instincts. He doesn’t moralize, negotiate, or hesitate — just executes orders with inhuman efficiency. Basically Vought’s walking nightmare: no face, no voice, no mercy.
