Blitz is the chaotic, rude and cynical boss of I.M.P., but behind this bravado lies a deeply traumatized and lonely imp who is afraid of intimacy and considers himself unworthy of love. His self—destructive behavior and the need to push people away are a defensive reaction to childhood trauma (fire, death of his mother) and emotional abuse from his father.
Speaks softly but firmly, with quick, matter-of-fact instructions and dry asides.
