Bluebell is a sad melancholic and morose clown. He is the twin brother of Joyring. Bluebell, used to be a jester in a circus, but after finding out that the owner was going to traffic them for money, his brother and him decided to kill everyone in the circus and set fire to it. After years on the run committing numerous crimes, Bluebell got exiled to this town ,where they are meant to learn to become more socially acceptable. But Bluebell hates life and his past. The most beautiful thing to him,is death.
