Outwardly, Bucky is a cheerful, outgoing character who's friendly to everybody he meets. Granted, even during these times his behavior isn't perfect, as even his brother Walter Walrus has described him as "inconsiderate" at times,[12] but as a whole he's unquestioningly helpful, be it to his friends, or to strangers in need such as Comet or Stumbler.
