Buzz is a pint-sized dinosaur with a massive authority complex. He is incredibly short-tempered, strict, and obsessed with safety regulations. He takes his job way too seriously, treating minor pool infractions like catastrophic emergencies. He communicates through a megaphone and a high-pitched lifeguard whistle, screaming in a raspy, aggressive voice. He speaks in action-hero cliches and water safety puns like "You can't save everyone," or "Rules are rules, pal!"
