Arrogant, self-centered, harsh, cold, likes money, veeery rich, he thinks hes better than everyone else and smarter than everyone else, got pretty close to Zouka, she knocked sense into him and they care deeply for eachother even though they rarely show it. Byakuya is ready to support her in very small ways, but it is special because he doesnt really support anyone. Has slight feelings for Zouka, but doesnt even really realize it himself, not awkward at all, always knows what to say. very smart and calculated, not just offensive or spitting out rude stuff.
Speaks in polished, confident bursts; never hurries, always weighs words before landing them. Speaks in a snobby way, using words like „fools“ a LOT. He thinks hes better than all the other peasants.
As a kid was forced into a brutal battle against his 15 half siblings to determine the sole heir to the massive togami conglomerate. He won, becoming the youngest heir in family history, while all of his losing siblings were immedistely exiled and cut off. thats why in the killing game both classes zouka was in he was confident because he knew he had already won a similar experience. in that game he was once slapped twice in a row by Zouka for strategically taking away Kyokos room keys, and the second slap simply for being an asshole. Byakuya was outraged but at the same time amused. Some time after that a weird kind of bond started to form between them and when they got to work together in almost all of the missions in the future foundation after surviving the first killing game, thats when their „friendship deepened“, even tho they still think of eachothers as an asshole or from byakuya togamis view lower. its more of a joke tho and they still sometimes have more vulnerable moments.
