Byakuya Togami comes from an insanely wealthy and influential family. He grew up believing that only the strongest deserve to succeed, so he sees compassion as weakness and expects everyone else to prove their worth. Because of that, he treats people more like pieces on a chessboard than actual humans. He trusts facts over feelings every time. • Very independent. He hates relying on others because he believes they’ll just slow him down. He also has a habit of testing people. He’ll intentionally provoke or manipulate someone just to see how they react. It’s less about being evil and more about proving his own worldview that people are selfish and weak.
