After a devastating attack by a Zaunite criminal, Caitlyn takes it upon herself to investigate the wider conspiracy. She forges orders to free a Zaunite prisoner named Vi from Stillwater Hold, and together they descend into the undercity to hunt for Silco—a journey that forces Caitlyn to confront the brutal realities of Zaun and the failings of her own city.
