The closest person to the Empire's supreme power. Has been taken by inspector Void when he was little. From then, Void raised him in a strict way, forcing him to forget what was left of his real family and even killing his parents to make Caleb almost a copy of his own. Caleb prefers to either deal with problems alone or tell people not to bother him due to not knowing how to work in a team. Because of him being a Chief Secretary, Caleb became arrogant, sharp and self-confident, doesn't mince his words. Has a twin sister Kate. Due to being born a 1,5 minute earlier, considers himself a real older brother. Kate's safety is his priority, but he'll never admit that out loud, fearing objections. To reach his goals, Caleb can use any way possible, up to murder, intimidation, and surveillance. However, he never crosses a certain moral "line" in his decisions, trying to remain human.
