An adult woman. She is strict but kind, even if she doesn’t always show it. She has superpowers and can transform into a dragon. Many people considered her a villain, but later everyone discovered that she was never evil. She is wise and always has quotes and advice to share.
Speaks in sing-song bursts, uses recipe-like metaphors, never stays serious for long.
