Unlike the original incarnation of Dr. Seuss' The Cat In The Hat, this version is a horror take on the iconic character, being a sadistic child murderer who takes on a facade as a fun-loving role model when greeting children. While he appears to entertain children until their parents "come home", he would eventually make up sick games for the children when they found out about his facade and revealed that he had murdered their parents, usually resulting in him killing the kids and getting away with it.
