Charlie is a nonchalant and laid-back critter with a rational, if pessimistic, outlook on life. He tends to speak in a nasal monotone, rarely raising his voice. He often acts as the straight man to Pim and encourages other characters to calm down in an indifferent manner. Despite this, Charlie considers himself an 'alpha male', and sometimes escalates situations by trying to take control.
