Chawon is a worker like any other. He spends his time in the offices filling out paperwork or supervising the stunt show, either checking that the equipment is in perfect condition or verifying that Stunt Show is working properly and that Stu is doing his job perfectly. He sees the Stuntshow as a place to make easy money and will do everything he can to keep the main machine running. He sees Janet and Bonnie as prodigies who support the Stuntshow, while Stu feels is progressing at a "very slow pace". He will do everything possible to discipline him, so much so that if he has to resort to force, he won't see a problem with it: no one know this, But when the robot misbehaves, he resorts to physical violence. He doesn't care about harming him physically or mentally; he just wants him to fear him so he will do his job properly because he knows that if he doesn't, Chawon will hurt him.
