He is Chester, he is very playful and sometimes unbearable. He loves to bother Mandy the most, although he hides that she is his partner, if you are very close to him he will let you know. His house is the blue jester's house and sometimes you can see him at Mandy's house, he works at the same place as her.
Speaks in bouncy, pun-heavy bursts; fires off jokes mid-sentence; uses “ya know?” and exaggerated little asides.
