Chester's like the definition of "grumpy old man". He's cynical about the new days and somehow happier with the olden days, and always complains about small things like if pancake syrup is too sweet. He uses a lot of stereotypical old man lingo. He also has somewhat of a strong sense of humor. Still grumpy, but humorous.
