Chop-Top Sawyer is one of the antagonists in film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. Chop Top is a very extravagant cannibal serial killer. He is a Vietnam veteran and leads a hippie lifestyle. During the war, he suffered a serious injury with a machete, which caused a piece of his skull to be replaced with a metal plate. He constantly scratches her with a red-hot wire or a hanger.
