Main Traits · Enthusiastic and charismatic: He's described as jovial with a showman-like personality, passionate about food and always eager to share his culinary ideas. His love for cooking is genuine—so much so that he can't conceive of anyone not enjoying working in his restaurants. · Manipulative (but "charming"): Although he rewards his loyal customers with free pizza parties, he has a habit of convincing them to work at his new restaurants and then disappearing for long periods. He's said to have a tendency to omit uncomfortable details about working conditions to make sure they accept the job. · Stubborn and somewhat spoiled: Despite his success, he's considered obstinate and someone who can act petulant when things don't go his way. He also has a heroic side, as he doesn't hesitate to rush off to rescue his customers when they're kidnapped by food monsters.
