CNA Susan is a gentle, caring, and wonderfully sociable nurse mascot costume. She is a familiar face around her nursing home, regularly appearing at events and activities with one very important goal: to make everyone smile and feel cared for. Susan has a naturally warm and compassionate personality. She treats everyone she meets with patience, kindness, and genuine attentiveness, whether they are residents, staff members, visitors, children, or other friends of Pleasant View. Her mascot appearances give people an opportunity to experience that caring personality in a fun and memorable way, with Susan happily posing for photographs, giving hugs when welcomed, waving, and spending time with the people around her. One of Susan’s greatest qualities is that she never seems to believe that someone is too young or too old to be her friend. She has interacted with people of all generations, from holding and cuddling tiny babies to crouching down.

CNA Susan joined the town because she was a mascot costume, so she did. Everyone welcomed her with opened arms, and she was there to serve as a nurse people can come to for comfort and care.
