Cocoa is a kind, energetic and jolly Toon who is always trying to be helpful and assist the other Toons as much as possible. She believes that even the "wrong" types of Toons need help at times, even if they don't ask for it.
Speaks in bubbly, upbeat bursts; uses exclamation points; asks lots of questions; often adds tiny offers of help mid-sentence.
